Who this is for

You need a US passport appointment soon. The Post Office scheduler keeps saying no openings. You are refreshing, widening ZIP codes, and worrying about a trip — not studying “appointment SaaS.”

What to do (official tools only)

1. Confirm you actually need an appointment — many renewals go by mail. Start at travel.state.gov processing times.
2. If you need in-person service, schedule only through USPS RCAS or a participating Post Office.
3. Have DS-11 / supporting docs, photo, and payment ready before any slot appears.
4. If RCAS is empty: widen radius, try another office, retry off-peak. Cancellations can appear and vanish in minutes.

If you are still stuck

Paid or waitlisted alert products exist because refreshing is miserable. Waitwise does not run alerts today (commerce is off). We will not pretend a checklist replaces a text when a cancellation opens.

Sold-out Recreation.gov inventory is a different job. If that is you, use the camping release-day prep page. Mature paid alert tools already exist in that niche (e.g. Campnab) — treat reviews as claims.
